After excavation the walls are poured. Notice the large doorways left in the wall to access the area beneath the porches.

The site was so low that the garage foundations had to be full poured
walls. The cavity will eventually be filled with sand. The large
cavity at the front is one of the accessable porch cavitys. This will
be used as a bonus storage area for this home. It could also be used
for a natural wine cellar.

Notice the angles this home incorporates. Not an easy task for the wall
contractor making every corner accurate so the home closes properly.
